The configuration of human capital in the development of social entrepreneurship

This article analyzes the study of the role of human capital in the development of social entrepreneurship enterprises. Various databases of Russian and foreign scientific journals and articles in the field of management and entrepreneurship were used to collect the material.
The paper evaluates the results of the theoretical discussion in the study of the concepts of social entrepreneurship and human capital, considers the relationship between human capital and the creation of enterprises. The article presents the results of a longitudinal study
conducted by the case method at the enterprises of social entrepreneurship in the Primorsky Territory in the period 2016–2020.The features of the formation of social entrepreneurship enterprises and the impact of the economic crisis on the activities of enterprises in the region
are determined, human capital is studied and its role in the development of social entrepreneurship is outlined.
